How to prevent download image to be cropped?

    I have used Neve theme with the EDD plugin to create a photo download website. Everyting works well with landscape oriented images, but when the image is portrait oriented, it gets cropped as soon as I set it as the download image. How can I prevent this from happening?

    Please reach out to your theme developers. This looks like a theme configuration and how it’s built to show the images on the front-end.
