• I’m creating a community blog for my home owner’s association. I’d like to manually add them to the user database, then, as they are invited, and sign up, their information would be matched to the database and their record would be pulled up asking them to confirm if “this is you.”

Is that something that has already been created for WordPress?

To clarify, one of the reasons I’m doing this is because I want to create a membership site ONLY for members of the HOA. The HOA members are members by declaration of the bylaws. If you’re a lot owner, you’re a member, so I don’t necessarily want to allow anonymous member registration. Rather, pre-populated member confirmation.
