how to post to only a particular page…

    I want to write a post and have it show up only on a particular page…

    For instance, if I write a post regarding Vet’s Affairs I only want it to show up on Vet”s Affairs, not Emoticons…

    Currently, when I write a post, it shows on all pages in POSTS in the right side…

    I want to use moderators and have them post only to their pages…

    As I’m VVEEEEERRRRYYYY new I need step by instructions. Please don’t assume that I know how to do what you advise me to do…Please don’t refer me to a previous blog or whatever, I’m usually thoroughly confused after the first couple of sentences…
