how to post google adsense on blog area

  • adding public add to my blog theme.have try to add google adsence from the theme editor of my control panel.
    1. i click on presentation
    2. theme editor
    3. i saw the code,after adding google code to any of the theme to edit, there is no button or hyperlink tag UPDATE that allow this public ad to show on my website.
    please help?
