Took a look at your site for you. Simply put this css into your child theme or css plugin such as Jetpack and it should take care of it for you.
.dropdown-menu {
margin-top: 22px;
}

What Wolfs bRain will affect also further submenus levels.
To move just the first submenu level use this:
