  • I see a databases error. Either way, this is set within the settings area of the plugin

I’m already in FB Comments settings and I don’t see any entries here where I can set position of FB Comments. My suestion is where I can set that FB Comments will display at very bottom of my page. Currently they displays after my post but before Related articles, Prev/Next Post and credit

Here is what I have in Settings:

    Facebook Setup
    -App Setup
    -Create a New App

    Moderation
    -Comment Moderation Area
    -Moderators

    Main Settings
    -Facebook App ID
    -Enable FBML
    -Use Facebook NameServer
    -Use Open Graph NameServer
    -Use HTML5
    -Credit

    Display Settings
    -Singular Posts
    -Pages
    -Comments
    -Homepage
    -Language
    -Colour Scheme
    -Number of Comments
    -Width
    -Title
    -Show Comment Count
    -Comment text

Position settings is something you need to insert directly into your theme. Full details are on the plugin homepage

    Hi Alex,

I’m experiencing the same issue in regard to the Facebook comments plugin currently being dispayed after my post but before Related articles, Prev/Next Post.

I’m trying to figure out who to insert position setting directly into the theme and I haven’t been able to find the details on the plugin homepage.

Is there anyway you could direct me to where that info is or copy and paste it here?

    Thanks,
    Trevor

    Appearance> Editor> single.php
This shows your theme’s post layout.
Under this line <?php Your_Theme_Name_post_nav(); ?> (or something like it)
Put the stuff Alex has included in the plugin homepage, which is:
    <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[fbcomments]’); ?>

    Works fine for me: https://www.madhousetravel.com
