How to ping my blog?

Put that URL in the ‘Update Services’ box in Options.

If the ping site requires my feed URI do I need to put that in the Update Services box as well or just the site.

Example:

site: https://ping.blogrefresh.com/rss/ping

Customer Services at the site tells me that to refresh I need to enter the following:

https://ping.blogrefresh.com/rss/ping?u=https://myblogfeed.com/feed/

So do I put the entire parameter in the options page or just the site?
