    Hi there,

Your plugin caused a few issues with both our Gravity Forms and wpDiscuz comments. We’ll report them in another support topic.

Until then, how can we perform a clean uninstall of your plugin?

After deactivating and deleting your plugin, many “turnstile” entries were left inside our database(s).

Also, It would be great if you can update your plugin’s settings section to include a toggle switch or checkbox titled: “Clean Uninstall”

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the message.

I’ll look into adding a “Clean Uninstall” option to the plugin in the future, to remove any of the plugins saved options on uninstall.

    Thanks!

    Hey @elliotvs,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Still, we need to know the following:

    (1) Does your plugin create new database tables? If so, which ones?

    (2) How can we clean up our Options table? That is, what paramaters (i.e., terms) are added by your plugin?

    Thank you!
