How to pay for quote?

  • I have 2 payment methods active. “Ask for Quote” and “PayPal Express Checkout”

    On the checkout page only the Request quote button shows (which is what I want).

    But then once the customer receives the quote email, and clicks the link “Pay For this Order”. The checkout page has an error saying “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your location. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    Is there a way for the customer to pay the quote on the checkout page they are directed to from the “Pay for this order” link sent in the email?

    Hi @thwvr,

    Can you please run some tests as below and check if the issue is persistent:

    1. Deactivate the Quotes plugin.
    2. Add the same products that were present in the order for which you faced the issue.
    3. Enter the Billing & Shipping details the same as well.
    4. Please check if you are able to place an order successfully with Paypal Express as the payment method.

    If not, then it is safe to say that there might be some issue in configuring the payment method which is causing the issue.

    However, if you are able to place the order successfully, can you please check if the issue occurs when only WordPress, WooCommerce and Quotes plugin are active?

    Please let me know the results.
