How to pay for multiple orders on behalf of customers

    Scenario that I’m trying to achieve: I have multiple orders placed by different customers. I want to pay for those orders on my customers behalf.

    I know that I can click on each order and pay the order through the payment link. But it doesn’t seem to have the ability to bulk pay orders.

    Please let me know if there is any plugins or ways that I can use to achieve this. Any helps is appreciated!

    At the moment, there’s no default option for that in WooCommerce, and you could possibly achieve that with a custom solution. Custom coding goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

    I’m not aware of a plugin that can help accomplish this. If you’re not personally familiar with custom development for WooCommerce it may be possible to have a developer write some custom code that could achieve this custom payment implementation for you. If you would like to investigate that possibility further, you could reach out to some of the official WooCommerce development partners via the link below.

    This might be a different approach, but Roles and Permissions for WooCommerce lets you create a company account and add customers to it, so that the added customers can place orders using their company account. Since you seem to have a B2B website, it may be worth checking out.

    Otherwise, I’m also not aware of a plugin that meets your requirement exactly. So as @rainfallnixfig mentioned, you’d want to consider a custom solution: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
