Hello? Sent another email today, contacted you also on Twitter, tried also to add a note on our 50 euro paypal payment on inbox.photo to show i am a paying customer.
We already bought a license for a competing (inferior) product and we are starting to populate the custom products. Because of the massive amount of work required to setup the custom products (400), once it’s done it will be very unlikely that the management would approve that we throw all of that work in the trash.
Think this: your software is so good, that I am willing to throw the money we invested in the competition in the bin AND ignore the huge red flag that nobody answers at support@yourdomain, even if we are paid users of inbox.photo.
We can’t postpone more our launch. We first started to contact you in april 2020… no reply at all? From the webpage form, from the email, from paypal invoice. You never logged in your twitter in 6 months? We don’t deserve even a canned reply? I don’t think you never saw our messages…
