How to overwrite WP-Admin & WP-includes?

  • It seems that clearing and starting new WP-Admin and WP-Includes files has solved the upgrade problem for several people. I have no idea how to access WP-Admin and WP-includes. I really don’t understand code, codex, etc. I know that’s lame, but can anyone tell me how to overwrite WP
    Admin and WP-Includes? A tutorial link? Thank you.
