    Hi there.

When I try to translate, the plugin only translates the strings that haven’t been translated before. How can I translate ALL the strings and overwrite the ones that were translated before?.

    Thanks.

    What I mean is this:

My language is Spanish. The Plugin contains 810 strings. I don’t know why the plugin I’m trying to translate automatically comes with 305 strings translated to French.

When I try to use your plugin, it only translated the remaining 505 Strings, but the original 305 strings that were in french cannot be modified..

Is there a solution for this?.

    Hi @gerenciacimech3d,

    Thanks for using our plugin.
The current version of our plugin does not support this(Overwrite existing Translation) feature.
But You can do this using the below-described steps:
    1) Delete the French Translation file.
    2) After deleting the French translation file create a new translation file in French.
    3) Now you can translate all strings using our auto-translate button.

Let me know if you are still facing any issues.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi.

    Thanks for your reply.

I also found another solution yesterday. I will write it here in case someone reads this in the future:

You can go to the loco translate and “Copy” a language in your plugin. When you are copying it, there is an option in point 3., which says: “Just copy English source strings”.

When selecting that, the new copied language will have all the strings as plaing strings in English. Then you can use this plugin to translate all strings.

    Thanks
