How to override $removed_notice

    Hi,

    I want to override $removed_notice from line 603 - 607 in file class-wc-form-handler.php but I cannot find appropriate filter.

    Because I want to change the HTML markup for this notification, using translator to change is not an option for me. Can you add it in for me in next update?
