• Hello g5theme,

Please, I need help with how to override the plugin
template file in the child theme so that future updates
to the plugin won’t result in me losing the changes made to the templates.

Also, i wish to know if it is possible to create a custom template
and assign to a single property type, single property, agent, agency, etc?

Overall, thank you for this great plugin.

Thanks in advance for an answer!

  • Create the ere-templates folder within the theme you are currently using
    e.x: wp-content / themes / your-theme / ere-templates /
e.x. Now you want to edit the archive-property.php file in the plugin with the path:
    wp-content / plugins / essential-real-estate / public / templates / archive-property.php
Just copy the archive-property.php file and put in the ere-templates folder with the link:
    wp-content / themes / your-theme / ere-templates / archive-property.php
