How to Organize Site by Global Region

    What is the best way to organize a site to show different products based on different regions (US, Europe, Asia/Pacific)? I’d like to set the site to where a user can browse the site in their own language and see a given set of products all dependent on region.

    Let’s change this a little: How can I set the site to show different products available depending on region, while keeping it all one site instead of a multi-site solution?
