How to organize docs into categories

    Hello, I’m looking to create different categories for posts on this website. something that I can add as I get more docs on the site, categories like philosophy or electronics. Something like that, thank you. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @ozseg12-

    If the built-in BP Docs tags taxonomy isn’t enough organization, I’ve written a plugin that associates existing taxonomies with BP Docs. It might do what you’re hoping for. https://github.com/dcavins/bp-docs-taxonomies

    You’ll need to use an existing taxonomy, like Categories. If you want to create a new taxonomy, you can do so with a number of plugins.
