    Dear Community,
    I would like to know what I could do to optimize the photo albums for SEO. I have learned that the names of the files should contain certain keywords, but when I started to rename the file names I found out, that WPPA renames “my files”. Example: The original name of the first image (see link above) has been “04a-DSC01234.jpg” (which I would like to rename), but WPPA renamed this file to “85.jpg”.
    What could I do to optimize these photo albums for SEO?
    Thanks in advance!

    Forget filenames.

    You can change the Photo name on the Album admin -> Edit -> Edit photo information screen.

    Now, when you set the status of the photo (on the same screen) to featured it will show up in the page as: (example)

    <!-- WPPA+ BEGIN Featured photos on this site -->
    <meta name="keywords" content="kimmy, traphekje" >
    <meta name="keywords" content="flower" >
    <meta name="keywords" content="berglandschap" >
    <!-- WPPA+ END Featured photos on this site -->

    Thanks so far, I will try to do so and see how that works.
    I have been on vacation, that’s why I am responding so late!
