How to open foreign links in new window

    When I originally built my blog, I’d found and installed or configured something that opened foreign links only in a new window.

    Links to site content continued to open internal links of the WP within the site itself.

    In the course of installing and uninstalling plugs and various tweaks, that config to open foreign links in a new window has been lost.

    Was it a plugin or what?

    Can someone tell me what it was and where to get it?
