How to Open CSV in Excel 2010 (or other Table Soft) ?

Hello,
How do I open this csv file in Excel 2010?
I do: File -> Open -> CSV.. Separated coma, etc…
But it does not work ==> There are newline in content.
How to get a table with this CSV ? Someone he already returned this problem?
