How to offloading static files to subdomain

  • i created a sub-domain for my main domain (static.example.com)

    main domain : example.com
    subdomain: static.example.com

    now i want to move all static content (js, css, images).

    1)
    Wordpress have lot of folders, wp-content and more, whic one want to moved to sub-domain root folder “Static” ..??

    2)
    how the wordpress know the file location change..?? i have to edit files or any plugin point to static.example.com
