I was wondering what I am missing?
I have tried setting up the free shipping option through the sendle shipping zones.
and have selected free shipping on products but I cannot get it to work.

When I enable free shipping on the sendle shipping zones everything is free shipping even without meeting the minimum order value.

I would like to be able to offer free shipping for certain items but am unable to.

    Hi,
I’m assuming that you have set your minimum product conditions in the free shipping method configuration. Woocommerce itself will determine whether those conditions are met and whether to display the free shipping option. Within the Sendle plugin you would need to tick “show rates in frontend” so that the sendle plugin also has the ability to display rates for sales not meeting the free shipping conditions. If you believe you have configured all above correctly, you may want to share your admin details privately via our web contact form and our support team can check your settings. https://joovii.com/contacts/

    Hey there,

I have tried setting different conditions, such as N/A hoping that products marked free shipping would just be free shipping. I’ve set a value amount and when that’s set the fee shipping is anyways an option in the cart no matter the value.

The “show rates in front end” is ticked

I’ve tried to access your website but I am getting a lot of warnings regarding a dangerous Web page. Is this normal?

    Hi there,

We have just renewed the SSL cert so the website should not be giving any warnings now.

Please try the contact form and we will follow up from there.
