How to notes(remark) subsites at Site of Network Admin

  • Are there such plugins that can do?

    I am not sure if I am asking this question here.

    As Admin
    I want to be in WordPress multisite
    Network Admin -> Sites -> Subsites (already registered)
    Insert a custom (editable) “Field”

    I can add notes in Sites’s subsite. Fields can write notes.

    Currently I install plugins cannot add a new field in Sites .

    Which direction can I go or
    What is the keyword to Google ?

  • I have a paper ‘sites’ data sheet I’ve developed over the years… started it when I was on a pair of Cobalt Raqs years ago. It’s in HTML actually. I print one out and make pencil notes on it then when I have time, I’ll fire up the old FrontPage Express and add the notes to a copy and save it on a thumb drive I use just for this stuff. A new printed copy can be made anytime I need to work on the site.

    I don’t keep this info online because it may have sensitive info on it… especially in the notes, usernames, and passwords fields.
    Right handy.

    I’d advise against keeping notes in the site’s storage areas due to security concerns but you might do so via the Control Panel’s file manager.
