How to not show WPTouch?

Hello,

I had emailed wptouch.com before installing asking if I can install the plugin and not use their menu or anything but just use the URL to individual pages to view and they said yes. So I’m trying to figure out how to do this. In the settings I get a bunch of code which I assume is where this is done. Can someone tell me how to do this? All I want to do is call the URL for any page from the site and get it in mobile format like wptouch already done. I prefer not to see the header or menus from wptouch.
