How to 'nofollow' a page

  • Hi,

    How can I make a link pointing to a particular page as ‘nofollow’? For example, I want to make the link that points to my ‘disclaimer’ page (created using ‘new page’ of wordpress) as ‘nofollow/noindex’. Any tips?
