How to move uploads from C: drive to E: drive?

  • I would like to move our C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wp-content\uploads to:
    E:\wp-content\uploads

    Reason: Running out of disk-space on C:

    How can I change the location but ensure that that the url (myblog.com/wp-content/uploads/) remains the SAME.

    Is this possible from “Media Settings” or additional steps required?

    Only want to change the backend location.
