how to move uploaded files to media library

    I have the wordpress file upload shortcode in a page on my website. A user has uploaded several photos that I would like to put in my media library and place in a photo gallery. I am not sure how to move the uploaded files into the media library. I do have the pro version of the wordpress file uploader.
