how to move the installed location up

i installed wordpress at https://godnme.in/blg for making the site ready then planned to move everything to https://godnme.in/

it is not so easy i can guess (i m not big webdesigner) could somebody please help me to move all the files n folders to https://godnme.in/
which all the php files and database values i ‘ll have to edit.
