How to move the default.include files out of the header
-
On my site https://sieskylaw.com/ I am trying to pass the google page speed insights test with a green light. The only thing preventing a better score is “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”.
Using the W3 Total Cache plugin I was able to take the site from a 30 to 71. The problem is that the render-blocking js and css is worth near 30 points.
I have removed all but the two files created by w3 total cache.

Does anyone know how to move these default.include files out of my header so they are no longer render-blocking.
I have tried to use the manual minify function on them but to no effect.
Do I need a separate plugin?
I have searched but all of the minify plugins I have seen are set to auto or all files. I need one that will allow me to move just these two files and leave the others alone, otherwise they will break my slider and map integration.
