How To Move Store On Sub-Directory To Main Directory With Blog?

Ok here’s the layout:
I have my WP blog on my main domain and WooCommerce on the sub as mysite.com/shop and I want to import everything on the sub (products etc.) into the main site/url.

Both are using the same MyStile theme, same plugins just about, same everything…
In case your wondering, I had the WP on the main domain and a different e-commerce platform before I installed WC.

Now before I go playing around and ruining months of work I figured I would ask how to do this. I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be that hard because the theme is the same for both. I just need to import WC into the blog on the main url.

Would I export the WC data and import to the blog on the main url?
