How to move from this plugin to another one via SEO Data Transporter

I just had to move from this unsupported plugin to another one and just would like to share that there is a very easy way to do this with this plugin: “SEO Data Transporter”. I moved to Yoast and they also recommended it. For me it worked flawlessly and transfered the data.
