How to move correctly a website

Hello,

I have a website into a NAS private server, I wanted to move all the site to localhost with wamp in my pc with reason to move it to the cloud in a new hosting.

I have move the database, updating all urls and modify the config.php file, after that I copied all the website to localhost.

When I access the web there is a 404 not found page. I can see the customize page, into settings/general the link is “https://localhost/atyla_around_the_world/”, but when I press “see the site” into custimize is redirect to “https://localhost/atyla_around_the_world/es”, even if I remove “/es” from the url I have the same 404 not found page.

What can I do to resolve this problem?
