How to move comments/author/date down?

Using the theme “Prana”

Some of my readers have mentioned that the comment link is difficult to find, so I’d like to move it to the bottom of each post. I scrolled through the Editor and am not seeing where it lives.

I’m a newb and have only a basic understanding of this, so please feel free to over-explain.
