How to move blog posts to subpage?

  • I’m working on a page with the following structure:

    – Frontpage
    – Blog
    – About
    – Contact

    All pages are static text pages except the blog page, which should show all blog post like the standard frontpage.

    I’ve change the static blog page under Admin->Settings->Reading but which file should I create in my custom theme to setup and design this page of blogposts?

    Another thing, how can I make all the link for the posts to by something like /blog/title/ or /blog/category/title?
