How to mouse-out with delay/fade?

    Hello,

    I was looking everywhere to get help on this little tweak. I already put a mouseover effect on my images but now I am looking for a simple way of delaying the mouseout effect. So once I move the mouse from the image away I want the image to stay for another 2-3 seconds and then change back or slowly fade out. This is the page where I am testing it but so far without luck. https://www.victoriakhoss.com/wristlet (on top and bottom there are the blue images I tested on – I used different codes)

    If anyone knows how to add this little feature I would really appreciate your help.
