How to modify output from wp_footer?

    Hi

    In my theme I have a section (the grey rectangle at the bottom) I would like to remove which is being output by wp_footer hook. Please can someone tell me how I edit this?

    It’s probably in the functions.php or in your theme’s footer.php

    footAdsense is what that box is.

    The wp_footer hook is in the footer.php file, but when I comment it out, I lose the dynamic height resizing of the main body of the page.

    Is there anyway to remove just the Adsense part of the footer? How do I view the code where the Adsense block has been defined, I cannot find it in the functions.php
