How to moderate all trackbacks and pingbacks?

Hi

I don’t want my website visitors to see trackbacks/pingbacks before i do. The notion that viewing my website could cause them to waste time even looking at spam irritates me.

How can i automatically send all trackbacks and pingbacks to the moderation queue? Or automatically mark them all as spam, so i can sort through them.

The plugins i’ve found are over two years old and don’t seem to be compatible with the current version of wordpress.
