How To Mimic WordPress' Screen Options Toggle Checkboxes?

I have a lot of meta boxes in the edit screen.
I’m planning to create a meta box with an option to hide a set of meta boxes when the checkbox inside it is clicked, just like what you see in the Screen Options menu.

Like if I click on “hide boxes set 1” it would hide the discussion box, revisions box, categories box, custom meta box1,etc.

Anybody know the code how to do it?
