How To Migrate WP Site WITHOUT Posts?

I have a very large site 10GB+ in size due to posts and images.

The site has had some theme and plugin customization.

I want to create a similar site with all the theme and plugin customizations, but it will be a new site so I don’t need all the GBs of posts and images.

Most migration plugins see to be focussed on archiving everything – is there a plugin or a method for moving everything EXCEPT the posts?

Although I would like to KEEP pages, where possible.

I’d use duplicator to export the site excluding the uploads folder and INCLUDING all posts and pages. Then migrate to the new site and use bulk delete plugin to delete all posts. Or you could manualle remove wp_posts and wp_potsmeta data inserts from the sql file you will import.
