How to migrate user ratings

  • After I updated the plugin the following message appeared:
    “Thank you for updating WP Review Pro. Your existing user ratings will show up after importing them in Settings > WP Review Pro > Migrate Ratings.”

    But I can’t access “Migrate Ratings” because it says I don’t have the right permissions to view this page (although I’m admin).

    I also tried to click on the “Migrate Ratings” tab, but that doesn’t seem to do anything. I tried different browsers without any luck.

    Are you using a multisite or single-site installation?
