How to migrate from FV Player?

Great plugin you have here, congratulations for the excellent work.

I want to replace the video player that I’m currently using in my blog called “FV Player” with yours. But I have already around 4,000 posts with videos which is more complicated for me to replace plugins. Unless:

Is it possible to use a code similar to the one that I’m using? Example:
[fvplayer src="https://www.domain.com/file.mp4" splash="https://www.domain.com/file.jpg"]

With a one like this? Example:
[flowplayer src="https://www.domain.com/file.mp4" splash="https://www.domain.com/file.jpg"]

That could save a lot of time and work for me… anyone? ??
