How to Manually Select Top Rated,New Arrival Prod

Hello, I want to know if I can manually select my top rated products & new arrival products. As I can change the best seller products from custom field in Product page. Is there any way (or custom field) that I can edit to select Top Rated n New Arrival products of my choice.
