How to manually manage 2 lists and disable Sync tab

Hi,

A. I am designing a site that uses WPML, WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce.
In MailChimp I have 2 lists: French and English.

Despite the fact that MailChimp for WooCommerce is not completely compatible with WPML, I managed to translate the checkbox label. However, I can’t distinguish
my MailChimp lists during registration, even though I translated the “ID List” trough WPML.

Question 1:
Can you tell me how and where to manually identify my lists by their “String ID” or “String Name” so that the inscriptions are in 2 separate lists?

B. In “MailChimp Settings”, at the click of the “Sync” tab there is an automatic synchronization without warning of the users to the MailChimp list. This is a function that makes no sense if users do not subscribe voluntarily to the newsletter because they can be registered without their consent.

Question 2:
How to completely disable this tab?
