How to manually create a Production Webhook ID?

@lsjl1 I would recommend you use the plugin’s built in Webhook creation button which automates the webhook creation process.

Manual Process:

1. Login to https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/applications/
2. Select Apps & Credentials
3. Under REST API apps click the Payment Plugins app
4. Click Add Webhook
