How to manually approve new members

  • I have set the membership level to be “PENDING” after someone registers. We wish to review and then manually activate new members.

    The “PENDING” status is NOT working. Despite having selected “Pending”, all new registrations are immediately “Active”. I followed the instructions you provided on this page:

    After registration, the registrant immediately receives the email to confirm their email address, after which they have full access and are able to login.

    What are we missing here? What are we doing wrong? Help! (and thank you!! )
