How to manually add IP bans?

Not with the free version. Currently there is a manual technique for adding IPs with the pro version, but we’re not allowed to discuss pro versions here in the WP forums. If you have any questions about it, feel free to reach out via the contact form at Plugin Planet.

Yes, you can add manually IP’s to the Tower Ban List as is described here:
