Use this shortcode to insert into the post where you want it: [toc]

Make sure you’ve got Posts support enabled in the plugin’s settings (WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Table of Contents).

For positioning to the right (float right) and styling, you’ll need to use the Appearance section of the Table of Contents settings to start.

If you need more styling beyond that, you can use custom CSS in your theme’s style sheet.

Could I ask you for further help here.

I used the [toc] short code, but this way the table of contents shows packed, even though I have selected in setting that it should show unpacked.

Is there a possibility to use other piece of short code to show unpacked table of contents?

    thank you

The option is for the initial state. The state is remembered per user per browser. If you click it and leave it collapsed, you will see it collapsed when you refresh the page. If you click to be open, it will stay open on page refresh.

    I hope this helps!
