How to manage/edit a custom taxonomy/category?

Hi,

How can I manage custom taxonomy/category? I simply want to show more than 10 property listing on this page: https://residentialsf.com/recent-transactions/
But I can’t seem to find a way to do it. SInce there are 4 rows it would look nicer to have all 4 rows “full” meaning having 12 listings instead of 10.

I’ve looked through all .phps and functions and can’t find the bit of code that controls this function. I have a feeling it has something to do with custom taxonomies, but I don’t know what to do with this.
