• Hello

I’m in charge of an education non-profit organization . We’ve got a WP network site. Each school has its own domain, its own site within the WPnetwork and its own administrator who prepares and sends the monthly newsletter of his school. each school has a MailPoet Plan.

I’d like to have only one single account for all the NPO, only one plan in order to mutualize the costs of the individual plans.

    Thank you for your answer

    Pierre-Yves

    Hello there @ebpy

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If your schools currently use free MailPoet plans, it is important to note that one MailPoet account can only have a maximum of two free plans. These plans cannot be transferred from one account to another, so consolidating them onto one account would not be possible.

However, if your schools have paid MailPoet plans, here’s what you can do:

Individual Paid Plans: Although it’s not possible to transfer plans between accounts, you can purchase new paid plans for each domain you want to manage and consolidate them under one single account.

Agency Plan: Alternatively, you can opt for our Agency Plan, which enables you to install MailPoet and activate premium licenses on 50 websites. This option might suit your organization more cost-effectively, rather than subscribing to individual plans for each school.

To provide further assistance, we would need more information on the current plans you have for each domain. Please feel free to reach out with any other questions or additional details, and we will be happy to help.
