Hi, I am totally new to ‘cookies’ and GDPR, and I have now set up your plugin and scanned my site. However, it seems that there are 3 cookies loaded before consent. I found another support-thread and found out how to detect the path in browser detector. What I can see, is that those 2 cookies are called “Response Cookies”. They have a value, but no “path” so I don’t know how to create a script url to block them before consent?

    Could you please help?

UPDATE – I just found out in the detector that those 3 cookies have something to do with my woocommerce ‘cart’ and Stripe payments.

In the website detector I found them in ‘CART’ and in the CART ‘header’ tab I found the url URL: https://hun.eco/wp-json/wc/store/v1/cart?_locale=user

Is this the correct url to use for creating the SCRIPT URL for the CookieYes plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @enestorm,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

You site seems to be inaccessible. Could you please mention the cookie ids which are not blocked in your site? Also please make your site accessible so that we could try to find out the script URL pattern for you.

Thank you for answering! I have just unlocked the maintenance mode for you, so the site should be available now.

According to CookieYes manager, 3 cookies need a manual scrip url pattern:

    Cookie ID: w0xhf4dl (domain: hun.eco)

    Cookie ID: xfh4t3h9 (domain: hun.eco)

    Cookie ID: m (domain: m.stripe.com

Just following up. I turned off maintenance mode immediately after your reply yesterday, but I am going to turn it back on, since I haven’t heard from you.

Please write me, as soon as you know when you proceed to work on my support ticket.

    Hi @enestorm,

Sorry that we couldn’t get back to you soon as we were not able to find these cookies on your site. If these cookies are not present in your site currently, we recommend you rescan your site.
If it’s still present on your site, please raise a ticket here so that we can set a timeframe for you to turn off the maintenance mode. Also please share with us the URLs in which you found these cookies.
